The Water Book

I've been a plumber for over forty years. During that time I have met many people who purchase a home and encounter unanticipated problems only after the deal is done. The idea behind this book is to provide the non-technical consumer a list of specific questions to ask regarding the water distribution and indoor plumbing before they purchase the home. It provides a simple explanation of water distribution and explains whom to ask and when. It does not include technical information or diagrams and does not replace the roles of your home inspector, plumber, general contractor or builder.
