The White Raven

Velvet is safe... But now she won't wake up.

Brutus and his companions rescued Velvet from being sacrificed, but trouble still brews. Velvet is trapped under a spell keeping her asleep, and if it isn't broken in time, she'll die. Almost losing her once, he's determined to do anything, leaving him with only one option. He must return to the gods and ask for help once more. But he knows, asking the gods for help, always has a price. 

Chazz returns to the castle, frantic to speak with his court before his father, because when he does, sides will be chosen. There can only be one crown. Things turn for the worse when one of his brothers is killed and the threat to his rule arrives at the castle, ensuing the battle for the throne. The scales teeter in his favor with the court backing his claim, until his father says one thing that leaves even him questioning the truth.
