Publisher Description

Calliope Thorne is a good girl. A straight-A student, a rule follower, and an aspiring ballerina.

But most of all, she's a good sister to her four older brothers.

Brothers whom she loves and adores to pieces. Brothers who love and adore her to pieces in return.

And who hate just one and one thing only–Reed Jackson.

Rich, arrogant, and the most popular guy at Bardstown High, Reed is Callie's brothers' enemy and she has sworn to stay away from him.

Until one night when she wanders into the woods and finds herself in his clutches. A villain with pretty gray eyes and a seductive smirk.

Until he asks her to dance for him with a look in those eyes that makes her forget why falling for her brothers' enemy is a bad idea.

NOTE: This is a 39,000-word prequel novella for A GORGEOUS VILLAIN. The story concludes in A GORGEOUS VILLAIN.

What a great prequel! Oh my, what a jerk! He can’t be that bad. Can he? Sweet innocent “Fae” fell for a villain. Boy did she get burned and betray her brothers in the process. This is a lesson to be learned. I am definitely getting the book to see where this goes.

I loved it and can’t wait to read AGV!

When I have the time to do it, I almost always write my review for a book right after I finish, but sometimes with certain books, I simply can’t do that and The Wild Mustang & The Dancing Fairy was one of those books. Even though I knew what I wanted to say and how I would say it, I just couldn’t make myself start typing. All I could do was smile, shake my head, and soak in more time with Reed and Callie before it was time to leave them because I knew once I finished my review, I’d no longer have an excuse to think about them and I wasn’t ready for that yet. I swear, it doesn’t matter what the length of a story that Saffron A. Kent writes is, the characters and all that comes with them just gets in your soul and it’s impossible not to feel so connected and invested in them. I can already feel myself getting as obsessed with Callie and Reed as I was with Arrow and Salem — I know the former pair isn’t going to leave my head until I get their full book, though I have no doubts they won’t be gone even after I do get their HEA.

The Wild Mustang & The Dancing Fairy. Gosh, this book is just so beautiful and I absolutely loved reading every minute of it, even the hard moments. It left no part of me untouched, I couldn’t get enough and I lowkey, okay maybe highkey, kind of want to cry that I can’t immediately finish their story right now. The struggle is real and you know, I knew I was going to love this, but I’ve been deep into Nalini Singh’s Guild Hunter series and I thought I’d have no trouble getting back into it when I was done with this prequel, but I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do that! I think I’m going to have to go to one of the books from Ms. Kent that I haven’t read yet so that I can experience one of her couples in all their HEA glory.

Anyway, if it wasn’t obvious enough, I flipping loved The Wild Mustang & The Dancing Fairy! It’s definitely the best prequel I’ve ever read, it’s incredible, captivating, and breathtaking. I am beyond excited and can’t wait to read A Gorgeous Villain!

A prequel worth savoring!

Literally can’t wait to read the rest of Fae and Romans story! I have so many unanswered questions I wish I could just ask the characters right this second. Because I felt like I was just getting to know them, then one of them pulled the rug from under my feet so fast that it left me reeling. 😱

This prequel was just enough to tide me over until I get my greedy little hands on A Gorgeous Villain. Till then I’ll be having mustang and ballerina dreams.
