delightful story
I am not familiar with the original twelve dancing princesses. I had to read it before. I have read the retellings of Ms Laura Greenwood and they were absolutely enchanting and charming. This prompted me to request this book.
And it delivered that charming story with the variation as expected but in a different way. Love the interaction/relationship between Audrey and Eugene.
Highly recommend reading this story (and the other retellings of this author).

Great story
I love reading this series by Laura Greenwood. I can't get enough of Grimm Academy. I love reading fairy tale retellings. Audrey is hoping to prove to her father that she is the right person to rule after him. She goes to Grimm to learn and to deal with her prophecy. She meets Eugene and there is something about him that draws her. Her love of dance is wrapped into her prophecy which is disheartening. Will they be able to solve her prophecy and find happiness together?

A sweet fairytale retelling with a twist
In this series of books, each book is a retelling of a fairytale, but with a twist that breaks the prophecy and allows a happy ending. Each book can be read by itself, although if you read the books in order you will meet future books characters and hear more about some of the past books characters. Despite the “grim” nature of many fairytales, these books are light and quick reads. This one was very sweet and fun to read.
