Mirshalla has never been very good at magic, which seems fine with the wizard Jesson since she is his ward and not his true apprentice. When she starts having prophetic dreams of her guardian being killed, she can hardly believe them. But when Jesson sends Mirshalla and his apprentice Tabinus away for safety, the outcome looks dire.
Little does she know how the dreams will lead her on an epic adventure through mountains, goblins, forests, fae, and more; making friends and enemies along the way… and battling a curse that will change her forever.

A must read at this price!
I was expecting an adventure/fantasy book, and this trilogy surprised me with mystery aspect and a little romance as well. Even though the writing is a little unpolished and wordy in places, most of that detail falls into place later in the books. This was a fun, entertaining read, and cannot be beat at this price!
