The Wolf and the Hyena

On June 22nd, 1941, Hitler proclaims to the world that the invasion of the Soviet Union is inevitable and indispensable to anticipate and prevent an imminent attack from Stalin. But how could the world believe? If it has been Hitler who said it, it can only be a falsehood! Stalin declares: the Soviet Union fell victim to a treacherous and unjustified attack with the goal of destroying the homeland of socialism, enslave its people and loot its riches. Is the world not a witness of how it was Hitler who first attacked? Stalin's word must only be true! 70 years after the fact, from the dusty archive shelves of the old Soviet Union, documents and testimonials emerge that tell a different story about two predators looking to mutually destroy each other. "The Wolf and the Hyena" calls into question much of what we thought we knew about the Second World War and is a challenge to the rediscovery of a past buried under the weight of decades of propaganda and demagogy.
