THE worlds fittest book

Top Notch

Very Interesting

I’m not planning on training to this degree, but I definitely learned a lot about the body and lifting. I also enjoyed the final chapter which really clarifies that you have to own your body and you are responsible for it.

Practical and Fact Based!

First book that has made sense and is not based on a gimmick, quick ideas or trends!
The proprioception learnings alone are worth the price!
