Heat and heart
This is a relationship built competition and chemistry. This is a modern desire with a more evenly matched hero and heroine but he’s still fabulously wealthy.
It’s a quick enjoyable read with some spice and banter.

This is written in a dual POV format. Getting both sides really help me to better understand and connect to the characters. It makes for a more enjoyable read for me.
Paige Moss and Zach Armstrong are both sports agents, for two different agencies. Paige mainly focuses on women athletes while Zach’ company focuses on the men. Zach wants to start signing on women athletes but as he has just taken over as CEO from his step-father, he has challenges in store for him.
Paige has butted heads with Zach’s step-father, Tom. She can’t help but be suspicious of Zach. Zach on the other hand, is highly attracted to the older Paige.
I really loved the fact that Paige was over a decade older than Zach. It isn’t a common combination so I just had to read this. I don’t normally read sport’s romances but since they are agents and not the athletes themselves (add in her being older), it was a definite have to read for this story!
This is a sexy read so just that word of advice.

This book was just ok for me. I’m not the biggest fan of sports related romances so I had a hard time making it through this one, but it was ok overall. Looking forward to reading more of Karen’s other books in the future.
