Julia Phillips’ world is an alternate universe away.
Trapped in a land where government leaders want her dead, Julia is forced to run for her life with Evan and Reece, the two boys who brought her here. They’re on their own in a hostile landscape ruled by scavengers and thieves.
But Evan is battling a deadly infection, and Julia finds herself racing against time as she tries to find the medicine that will save his life. She and Reece find an unlikely ally—Jo, a girl they free after finding her captured by bandits.
As the four travel across the country, Julia has something else to worry about—her memories are slowly being replaced by the Julia of Evan and Reece’s world. Will they find a way to send Julia home before it’s too late? Or will Julia’s body and mind be trapped there?

Omg just finished this book and loved it another successful book. This book was incredible Denise has done it again
Nail biter and love every minute of it
I loved this book! Julia, Reese, and Evan struggling to survive and struggling with what's truth. It was a nail bitter and an emotional roller coaster for me. Loving each character I wanted them to all have a happy ending. I can't wait to see where they go in Somewhere with these characters.
Here and There Again - A Traveler's Tale
The idea of infinite universes opens up the possibility to infinite stories, and that is precisely what Denise wrote. The possibilities are only as limited as the choices we make - even the minute ones.
Julia, Monica, Evan, Reece … Jo … so many characters and so many choices to be made. Julia is trying to survive in a universe that not only isn't her own, but one where the lingering memories of the "other" Julia are trying to take over her mind. Who can she trust? Everyone seems to have their own agenda. Except for Evan, Evan swears he will keep her safe. He swears he loves her as HER, not the the "other" Julia.
Once again, Denise wrote books that were not only completely different from her other books, but also just as riveting. She never fails to deliver characters and stories that leave you flipping pages while your heart races and you fall in love with them.
