Unexpectantly, Robbie a bright kid with a positive future ahead of him becomes a victim of mistaken identity. He doesn't deserve his fate. However, shit happens. 


Robbie's situation is far from a new problem. Low-income communities throughout America are commonly infested with hard luck and best that never was stories.
