Motivational

I thoroughly enjoyed the book. It gives motivation and inspiration to all women to continue to strive to meet their weight loss goals. I like that the author recommends making small goals and counteracting negative thoughts with positive, can-do thoughts. I only wished the author had included more before and after photos.
