A Worthy Edition to Any Truth-Seeker's Library
"13 Breaths to Freedom" is all about more insightful and meaningful, better living with greater freedom from stress thrown in as a bonus.
I first heard of James Beard when he came to my hypnosis college, The Hypnosis Motivation Institute to give a lecture in 2014.
I found his talk to be both inspirational and motivational. I bought the book because I realized that creative breathing or Pranayama is so important as it is uplifting, relaxing and beneficial.
Whatever you wish to call this type of breathing, bottom line is... it works. Buy the book!
