Really helped me realize certain things I was so lost in within my self . I really liked this book
Terrible book. Not even a book
Not a good book. It's not even a book. Just full of "advice" with things that literally relate to everyone. It's Pretty dumb, and filled with things you see on every day memes online. I DO NOT recommend buying. Pointless and a waste of money. Wish I would've known before buying. Lol trust me, I regretted it the moment I bought it. Everything in this book she/he already posts online for free, You're better off reading memes online on how "precious and valued" you are and it's free lol
