Where's Volume 2 iTunes???
Why is it that iTunes carries both Thor volumes 1 and 3, but is completely missing volume 2???
Why would any customer want to read the beginning and end of an enjoyable and well-written evolving story line, but completely skip the middle?
Apple, I'd like to purchase this, but refuse to do so until you've released volume 2 as well. Please do so!
