Joe Tyler is close to finding his daughter.
After a narrow miss in Minnesota, Joe follows a money trail to Denver, hoping to finally find Elizabeth, the daughter who was stolen from him nearly a decade earlier. Accompanied by his ex-wife Lauren, he enlists the reluctant help of Elizabeth's friends, only to find that he's missed her. Again.
Armed with new information, Joe races to California, desperate to find his daughter. Stymied by roadblocks and dead-ends, Joe soldiers on with his search, realizing there is more than a reunion at stake. He just might be saving his daughter's life.
With time ticking and no clear answers in sight, Joe focuses on the one thing he's always held on to – the thread of hope that he'll finally reunite with his daughter and bring her back where she belongs.
Great writer, but...
First book was great... second one was pretty good too... but this third book is filled with implausible after implausible occurrences and actions that come across as little more than "how to drag a chapter out to novel-length', mainly by having everyone think and act like total morons... it's not without its merits though, and this author certainly knows how to write, which is the reason I went four stars...
Great author, great series and characters, will Definitely be reading a lot more of this writers work.
Everyone please stop with the crap about spellcheck, grammar and spelling- Totally not the author or editors fault, after reading many ebooks on Apple and Kindle, there are mistakes in all books everywhere, most likely due to when it’s translated from a real book, it’s forgivable when the writing is so great. Definitely 5 stars
Sorry...not gonna buy the next one!
AlsO, I’m never going to buy another book of your again. Good story, but too high a fee for all the cliff hangers and the books get shorter and shorter. Finally, I’m going back to change my ratings for a all the other books and to warn readers. You are a good writer, but you are greedy and abusive to your readers.
