Hilarious
Anyone who has ever taken a tent camping trip with friends, and especially with a boat will immediately relate to this book. Really anyone can relate to this book. Full of ridiculous, frustrating, exhausting situations and yet the friends manage to have their fun. It is sort of a Monty Python of the late 19th century.

Ok, it takes a little getting used to the outdated wordage (is that a word?), but its definitely worth it. I've never laughed out loud reading a book except for this. I can relate to so many of the funny stories in it, and that's amazing considering how old it is! Read it, read it, read it!
