Three Phoenix Co. v. Pace Industries Inc‪.‬

The state has brought this special action to challenge the granting by the trial court of a motion in limine to preclude the introduction of documents from the Department of Motor Vehicles that would show the suspension of the real party in interests drivers license. Because the petitioner has no remedy by means of appeal and because we believe the trial court acted in excess of its jurisdiction, we assume jurisdiction and grant relief.
