Another Childhood Hero Toppled
Ouch. It hurts to say, but this is probably the worst book I've ever read. Ungrammatical and disjointed, it desperately needed an editor and a fact-checker to make a silk purse... I wouldn't have minded so much, if Mr. Goddard didn't come across as rather a sexist, homophobic jerk. I was crushed to find one of my childhood heroes had feet of clay. And poor syntax. Lost in Space fans, you're better off leaving your memories unscathed.
On a positive note, the behind-the-scenes photos are fun, and make the book worth having, provided you don't make the mistake of actually reading it.
Sorry, Mr. G.
