Today's youth have become the most entrepreneurial generation since the Industrial Revolution. According to a 2009 report from the accounting and business management firm, Ernst & Young, as many as 5.6 million Americans under the age of 34 are actively trying to start their own business. Furthermore, E&Y reported that one third of new entrepreneurs are younger than 30 and more than 60% of people 18-29 years of age stated they want to own their own businesses. 

With these explosive numbers comes a similar interest in the field and demand for entrepreneurship education. Business educators have evolved beyond the myth that entrepreneurs are born, not made and even have embraced the idea that enterprise education should focus beyond only developing entrepreneurs.
