Through PTSD's Eyes

This story goes through the life of PTSD as an entity. PTSD and those of his kind are all given a chance to roam the Earth. Nobody can see or hear them but they can feel the effects of being in their shadow. This story will also include a look into the life of someone affected by PTSD. My hope is that this story, and the other stories to come, will shed some light on mental illnesses and make them not seem as scary to people who have them or know someone who does. It will also show how hurtful it is to know someone with the illness or to be the person with the illness. No, mental illness isn't a joke; in fact, it's very real. This story explains how real PTSD is, but also gives PTSD a side of the story too.
