Tijuana Taxi

This is the second book in the Too-Sweet Saga Series. Too-Sweet, after escaping from jail in San Francisco, has relocated to Tijuana, Mexico, where she buys a rundown bar, and turns it into a gay nightclub called Tweety Pies. When plastic garbage bags begin showing up on the streets of Tijuana, SFPD detectives, Myron Leadbetter and Percy Hobitch, are ordered by their boss to travel to Tijuana and help assist the local police.
