Wow
I love the cover!
Want an amazing story!
Extremely enjoyable! If you like SciFi, check this one out!
So, right off the bat, I want to say how much I really liked this story. I came across it from a friend of a friend of a friend on Facebook, went to the author page and then decided to read it on a whim through Kindle. I’ve been busy with life so I hadn’t had a chance to review it there but I heard it was on iBooks, so I decided to leave a review here (I’ll make the rounds to Kindle soon). I wish I could give it 4.5 stars, only because of some grammar and spelling mistakes and a little *too* much exposition in the beginning. Other than these couple of small hiccups, the story was great!
I loved the descriptions of the technology; how the author showed the slight dilapidation and wear on everything beneath the gloss of the future surface. It was fairly visceral in that, the writing shows that the future isn’t all shiny and perfect. The dialoge is spot on; I didn’t have to keep flipping back and forth to figure out who was speaking. I absolutely loved the character of “Sparky”!
For a first time author, there’s a lot of good stuff here. The plot is fairly fast and well written and I hope the author goes someplace more with this.
Thanks for the enjoyable read! I look forward to your next book. I’ll tell my friends about this!
