This book is just an infomercial for the TM clinics. Complete waste of time and money. Just go to the TM website and view the same information. the book does not teach you how to perform TM at any level but rather is filled with reasons that TM is good.
I'd like my money back - terrible!!!
Completely misleading title and romance copy. It's a sales tool for the ultra secret TM'ers. I would like to learn TM, nevertheless. I thought this was the way to do it on a budget. No such luck. Cannot believe they are selling this book. Worse yet...I bought it.
