To Bloom Like a Tulip

It begins in 1940 when the Spranger family is already temporarily split in two different directions.  Florentine, wife and mother, brought her two youngest children along when she sailed to America to settle an inheritance.  Her husband Julius and their three older children become trapped in Holland when the Nazis invade. None of them expected their "neutral" country would be taken over by a regime that would impose one heartbreaking restriction after another against Jewish people like them.  And then, when Julius is arrested and matters become life-threatening, there were the valiant friends who stepped in to help his three teenage children.

The Van Der Graafs, Bram and Charlotta, took the risk of hiding Rika, Henk and Kees Spranger, concealing them in their movie theater.  All went well - until they were betrayed.  Who could have done it?
