Music mogul Hawk Webster was born in scandal when his white father, the richest man in Tennessee, married a black woman and had a black son.  Four more black sons later and one black daughter, it looked as if the Webster family legacy had taken on an entirely new complexion.  But when out-of-wedlock children began to pop up and his mother still stayed by his father's side, Hawk left town and wanted nothing to do with any of them.
