TOCA Method: Teacher's Guide

Most dancers never learn to teach.

The TOCA Method Teacher's Guide is the complete teaching system behind the method. It shows you how to turn what you feel on the floor into clear, progressive lessons your students can actually measure.

Built to accompany the Student's Book, it gives instructors everything they need to structure a class: teaching objectives, class formats, technical explanations, observation criteria, corrections, exercises and evaluation tools. Every course follows the same pedagogical framework, so you can spot difficulties, adapt exercises and guide dancers safely through their progression.

It covers the full curriculum: foundations, posture, weight transfer, connection, body movement, Tarraxa, musicality, leading and following, across Kizomba, Tarraxo and UrbanKiz.

For teachers, aspiring instructors and experienced dancers who want to organise their knowledge, sharpen the clarity of their instruction and build coherent training programmes.

Feel first, then move. Listen before you dance.
