Very Basic
If you’re traveling to Tonga for a vacation, this book might be helpful. The most useful thing it provides are a few common phrases and recordings of speakers using those phrases. But that list of phrases is very short.
No grammar is covered. If you’re looking to learn the structure, vocabulary, etc…. This book will disappoint as it did myself.
I think the format is ok, but I was hoping to learn Tongan, not learn the alphabet with a few phrases.
