ToothCERAM

ToothCERAM is an innovative system for producing unitary all-ceramic dental prosthesis using no coping.

The principle is simple: starting from an impression, we cast a working model where the die of the tooth is a removable metal die.

The die is first coated with a thermal insulating base, winch will later allow the ceramic tooth to be separated from the metal die.

Ceramic is then applied directly to the die.

Application limited to unitary elements: Veneers / Unitary crown / Inlay - Onlay / Bridge repair / Fractured teeth / Reduced substructure / Joint with ceramic teeth.
