Topics In Strategic Program Management

Topics in Strategic Program Management builds upon the thinking in my earlier book, Strategic Program Management while looking at some special applications of Strategic Program Management's basic principles and concepts. It starts by looking at a growing set of the largest engineering and construction programs worldwide and tries to gleam some lessons from these new "giga" projects. The term "giga" itself is new and was selected to convey the ever increasing scale and complexity of challenges the largest of these programs faces rather than to convey any strict mathematical relationships.
