Toronto Transit Commission Streetcars

For decades, Toronto has been a bright beacon at a time when other major North American cities were abandoning all trolley operation.  Almost 300 dazzling color photographs from the 1950s through the 1990s are expertly captioned by author Ken Springirth.  Especially interesting are the cityscapes, automobiles, and people seen in these wonderful scenes.
