Publisher Description
Tom and his daughter Annabelle were growing increasingly estranged over the years, and their holiday plans did not fare as well as either had hoped. With Annabelle soon moving away to live with her mother in a faraway town, it seemed as though they’d never reconcile in time.
Then the accident changed everything.
On their drive home in the middle of a perilous winter storm, their truck slid over the rails of a rickety bridge and plunged into the icy waters below.
Moments later, both father and daughter arrived in strange and terrifying places; Annabelle found herself lost in an odd forest inhabited by dangerous creatures lurking behind the trees. Meanwhile, Tom found himself trapped inside a bleak labyrinth, stalked by both a cruel monster as well as a spectre from his own past.
In this mysterious world beneath the waves, Annabelle and Tom must somehow find each other. . .and their escape.
Both a coming-of-age story and a parable of reconciliation, Touch the Sky is a beautiful fusion of ancient mythologies, well-known folk tales, and modern dark fantasy. It is an unforgettable tale that adults both young and old can enjoy and appreciate.

A beautiful tale of love and loss
The mark of a good book, in my personal opinion, is when it makes you feel. A good book doesn’t just stay in the theater of the mind, it engages your other senses. On more than one occasion while reading this, I shivered. I felt the words. Not every story does that to me, and I thoroughly enjoy it when I find one that does. I normally read romance as that is the genre I most enjoy, but this was a worthy break from my typical read. Touch the Sky is a beautiful allegory. I was able to relate to both the father in the story as a parent of a pre-teen myself, as well as the daughter in the story through her growth and development. I highly recommend this story, so download it and give this author a chance. I know this won’t be my last read from him!
