Overall...good book
I read this out of order, so that may have affected my rating a little. Please remember going in that this is a very short prequel to the series. The characters are set up well and the story is good, however; this is more of a “meet and greet” for the hero / heroine along with a bit of background on the “Red Rose Killer”. If you don’t expect more than what it is, you’ll thoroughly enjoy it.
