What does poetry mean to you?
To me, it means being able to communicate how I feel without having to mince words. Poetry is not just a piece of literature. It’s an art. It has a life of its own.
Sumra poetry is not just any collection of poems. It’s a collection of my heartbreaks, my loss, my happiness, my grief, and, most importantly, my life experiences as a poet.
