Very good thus far
It's been a good read thus far; several times I've had to deeply suspend my disbelief but that doesn't bother me too much. However I'm half way through and due to what seems like an editing error there's a big chunk of story missing. Dang.

Scared me, unfortunately all to likely to happen. Sad to think this could come true. Makes me want to plant a tree.
