The Garrett A. Morgan Technology and Transportation Education Program (GAMTTEP), a program of the Federal Highway Administration, sponsored this book, which was developed by Knox County Schools and the Center for Transportation Research at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The sponsors and creators of this book aim to provide an educational resource that will connect America’s youth to the many facets of transportation.
