H. Bowen has been a professional certified herbalist, wildcrafter, and aromatherapist since 2006 after obtaining her certifications from C.H.A.C. in Crestone, Colorado. She has been voluntarily registered with the FDA and has received multiple certifications from Princeton Consumer Research Labs for one of her products, after it underwent 96-hour testing on 30 people (no animal testing). She has a decade and a half experience of sourcing out medicinal plants in the wild, converting them into products, and using them on people in a professional setting, primarily as an NCBTMB certified therapist. She also has extensive experience working in the medicinal cannabis industry including as a manufacturer and vendor of products. 


This manual is designed to provide people of all backgrounds and experience levels a basic understanding of how to create basic antiviral home remedies at home, and it gives tips on how to harvest pine needles for anyone interested in wildcrafting.
