Publisher Description
Ten years after they landed. All over the world. And they did nothing, standing on the surface of the Earth like trees, exerting their silent pressure on the world, as if there were no-one here and nothing under foot. Ten years since we learned that there is intelligent life in the universe, but that they did not recognize us as intelligent or alive. Beginning a new science fiction graphic novel by WARREN ELLIS and JASON HOWARD.

Wonderful story
If I wasn’t broke, I would have bought the rest in the series!
Missing pages?
I get that graphic novels are suppose to have multiple entries to one story but this first entry feels like a whole lot was stripped out. This seems like it’ll be a new take on an alien invasion but there seems like so much is missing—you’d go form one scene to another (not talking about the different perspective shifts) that it feels disjointed. Also some dialogue doesn’t flow that well from one panel to another. Again I’m intrigued by the premise and mystery but this first entry…
