Appellant Tri-Steel Structures, Inc. ("Tri-Steel") appeals from a final judgment granted to Appellees Baptist Foundation of Texas ("the Foundation"), individually and as trustee, Maurine P. Myers and Dorothy N. Myers (collectively "Myers"), and Mark A. Kuhn ("Kuhn"), trustee of the Dewitt Luther Myers and Maurine Parker Myers Trust ("the Trust"). We will affirm.
