Trialing Sugar

Yes, another Mel Rose one handed read. From the mind that brought you "Confessions of A Heel Kisser" and "Online"

Effy Peters has thirty-two dollars in her bank account, a mountain of unpaid bills, and absolutely no idea how she's going to survive another month.

After hundreds of failed job applications and an eviction notice taped to her apartment door, her outspoken best friend convinces her to try something she'd never imagined: sugar dating. One profile couldn't hurt... right?

Then she meets Julian.

Wealthy, devastatingly handsome, and impossibly patient, Julian gives Effy everything she thought she wanted. Luxury hotels. Designer wardrobes. Unlimited shopping. Gourmet meals. A black card with no visible limit. But as the months pass, Effy realizes something unexpected. No matter how outrageous her spending becomes, Julian never tells her no.

So she pushes harder.

She buys dresses she'll never wear, pours expensive liquor down the drain, and turns extravagance into a game, desperate to discover where his limits are.

Julian has been keeping score.

Instead of anger, he offers something far more dangerous: consequences. Every reckless purchase becomes part of an intimate challenge designed to teach Effy what money, trust, and vulnerability truly mean.

As their playful arrangement evolves into a battle of wills, Effy discovers she's been craving far more than luxury. She's been searching for someone willing to match her, challenge her, and finally push back.

Trialing Sugar is a slow-burn contemporary erotic romance filled with sparkling banter, lavish luxury, bratty heroine energy, playful dominance, emotional growth, and irresistible chemistry. Perfect for readers who love wealthy heroes, sugar dating, praise, teasing power dynamics, fashion, and relationships where every game hides genuine feelings.

One profile changed everything, for both of them.
