Shuashock ,

Not a bad book, not a bible either

Decent book for beginners that does a good job of breaking down the basics. Think of it as a longer version of “15 things every beginner should know” type article. A “triathlon bible” it is not. I give it two stars for being misleading and the weird grammatical errors (seems to be poorly edited). Not a bad guide per se, just misleading.
