출판사 설명
Jack Reacher hunts the hunter in the third novel in Lee Child’s #1 New York Times bestselling series.
DON'T MISS REACHER ON PRIME VIDEO!
Ex military policeman Jack Reacher is enjoying the lazy anonymity of Key West when a stranger shows up asking for him. He’s got a lot of questions. Reacher does too, especially after the guy turns up dead. The answers lead Reacher on a cold trail back to New York, to the tenuous confidence of an alluring woman, and the dangerous corners of his own past.

Amazing originality and detail but for me, the resolution was a bit of a let down
Lee Child is a master story teller with location details that put you in the place without needing imagination. The story moves at a pace that is hard to let go of. That said, in my opinion. the amount of amazing detail and time put into describing the evil of the criminals isn’t matched by their ultimate comeuppance. The humiliation, sheer terror and wanton violence imparted by the villains were described in agonizing and blood curdling detail. This seems to have warranted some highly creative retribution. Yes, we know Reacher will ultimately win, but having it play out with what felt like old fashioned shootouts and stand-offs somehow didn’t seem to live up to what preceded Reacher’s vengeance. Brilliantly told and structured but, for me, a somewhat disappointing finale.
Rightist
An American style 007 without the government bureaucracy holding Reacher back. He answers to nobody but himself.
