Finding strength in His grace
Trouble in Dry Springs by Kristina Hall is an enjoyable book about the importance of honor and finding strength in the Lord, despite the trials you may face.
I enjoyed Eliza’s compassionate nature. She is very self-sacrificing and always tries to look out for those around her. Her love of books is SO RELATABLE!!! I also loved how even though she was a quiet character, she was always willing to do what needed to be done. Her quiet strength was quite admirable.
I loved Jesse’s respectful and trusting nature. He is so loyal to his army buddies! He always tries to behave with honor to those around him.
I would have liked it if the book had a faster pace. While there were certainly conflicts throughout the book, they felt a bit disjointed until the end.
This book is perfect for fans of Christian historical romance!!!
