This book truly is a wonderful story of two people determined to make it on their own. Eric Schneider was born with a silver spoon, however, he is determined to someday make it on his own and in his own way. Now, he works for his father at Schneider Financial Consultants. But someday….
Natalie Moran was not born with a silver spoon, but she is just as determined to make it, and thanks to, Franny Lambert, a wonderful woman Nat befriended, she has made a good start. Nat and Franny were always talking about their love of baking and how Franny used to own and run a bakery, Nat’s dream. However, for now, Nat and her bff Gina run a food truck for Nat’s cupcakes and other baked goods. But, with the cost of parking the truck and other expenses, they are barely making a profit.
Now, it seems Franny has a plans for Natalie. She has left her a garage in her will, the garage attached to a bakery, the bakery she has left to her nephew Eric. Eric, who knows absolutely nothing about running a bakery. Hmmm, anyone else see a matchmaking setup???
I loved this story, watching these two fall in love. However, there are some obstacles, Eric’s parents. They have other plans for Eric’s life. Then there is Courtney, Eric’s fiancé.
I have definitely found a new author to love if this is the way Ms. Archer writes her stories. She kept me continuously turning each and every page until I was done. I love the way she developed all of the characters, both lead and subs. I hope Ms. Archer writes a story about Gina and Jared. I would love to see where that relationship goes. My heart broke for Natalie when she finds out about the…... stop no spoilers from me. You need to read the book to find out what happened.

"Truly, Madly, Sweetly" by Kira Archer is book one in the "Sweet Love" series. This is Natalie Moran and Eric Schneider's story.

Eric and Natalie end up working together. There is definitely chemistry between them. Will they act on the attraction or will their fears of being hurt keep them from taking a chance on love?

I enjoyed Eric and Natalie's characters. But there were times that Eric just ticked me off. I don't want to give too much information, but I didn't like how he responded to his mother everything she called.

Overall, I really enjoyed the story. Despite my frustration with Eric he did have some really great moments. The story provides the reader with humor, family dynamics, love, and passion.

Truly, Madly, Sweetly done! This was a sweet,fun and slightly angsty read. Natalie and Eric pretty much fall in love at first sight but are both hesitant. Eric's aunt passed away and left him her old bakery while leaving the garage to Natalie for her food truck cupcake business. Natalie's wants to rent the kitchen of the bakery to make her cupcakes while Eric wants the garage to use for deliveries of the bakery's treats. Despite the instant attraction, both are worried the other is using them for access to their piece of the inheritance. Throw in overbearing parents, nosy best friends and an interfering ex and you get fun and crazy read!
