This book was created to guide readers through understanding how trusting relationships are created and how distrust occurs. Richly illustrated throughout to help the reader fully grasp and remember the concepts that are discussed. There are question pages included after many of the discussions that will allow the reader to make notes. An advantage of the iBook format is that the notes can be updated at any time the reader wishes to do so. An exercise in effective communication is included in a latter section of the book used by the psychotherapist author.
