A great "how to" for getting my team to the top. Some new ideas to implement, some ideas I just needed to be reminded of. Loved the assessments at the end of each chapter and at the end of the book! Worth the price for those alone!
Turbocharged Teams
I came across this book looking for some information on communication and accountability in the workplace. It is an excellent read with several key insights into leadership, coaching, communication and teamwork. Unlike most management or business books I have read, this is real world and to the point. I will definitely incorporate the surveys at the end of each lesson.

I happened to stumble upon this book as I was looking for some motivation for my team. At eight dollars, I figured it was worth a try. What an undiscovered gem. This book provided solid examples to use in real life circumstances. I've gleamed pearls of wisdom that will keep this iBook on my "desk" as a reference.
