A treasure
Deeply seeped in history, despicable tragedy of war, gorgeous and devastating landscapes of Italy, love, alive characters and gripping mystery. Written vividly, sincerely. The narrator is always fantastic.
Tuscan Rose
I really liked this book, but looking back, I wonder why. I liked the characters, the setting, the love stories and the mystery. The violence of war was unsettling and sad, but well written.
