Rocked to her core, Adrianna is faced with an incurable illness. She's aware of what she's up against and is willing to risk what’s left of her for what she loves. With one last chance, and despite her doctor's orders, Adrianna struggles harder than ever to achieve her dream.
Tired and torn, Kova embraces his flaws as he watches Adrianna reach her breaking point. Unable to stand by as she continues to endanger herself, he surrenders to what he wants most, even if it means losing himself in the process.
As Adrianna fights for her life, Kova battles for them both. No one is left unscathed as they succumb to their darkest hunger. Passions reignite and their actions grow bolder, creating an endless link between them. Once is a mistake. Twice is reckless. Three times is a choice. But this time they may have gone too far.

TEAM KOVA AND RIA ALL THE WAY
THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR THE KARENS OF THE WORLD!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!
I will be counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds until Dismount. Ive been on a book hangover since I finished Twist. I can’t start a new book because I am just not over this series yet. I don’t think I will ever be over it. All I can think about is the ending of Twist and nervous for what will happen in the next book. I feel like this series has completely consumed my life for the last three weeks. I can do nothing else but think of Kova and Ria. I loved this story and Lucia Franco is the Queen of age-gap and forbidden romance. There is no other series quite like Off Balance. I have gone back through these books and found some of my favorite quotes and have underlined my favorite parts. If you have not read this series you are missing out!! I just can’t get enough and am a fan for life.
"Don't focus on the struggle of moving them because that's not what it's about it. It's about how much you put in when you decide it's your time. You can't move a mountain, and you certainly don't go around it. You climb that sucker and show yourself what you're capable of."
"I am yours, however you want me," he said. Something wild entered his eyes as he watched himself pump little thrusts into me. "Always and forever”
"I have been yours since the day you walked into World Cup, malysh. The moment I saw you, I knew that was it and that I would have you one day."
"You cannot live without me, because I could not live without you."
This book makes me want to bash my head into a wall. Regularly.
I’ve waited years for this series to come out before picking it back up again, and it’s disappointing this is what came of it.
The series has gotten way too dragged out. The books are oddly long, and five of them is too much. It’s just a bunch of fluff at this point.
Kova is been a major douche most of the time, and Adrianna is more annoying than she is interesting; she never seems to use her brain. I won’t bring up the age difference or the statutory rape (it’s a taboo relationship for a reason—well, multiple reasons, but this is one of them, Karen), but, man, is their relationship irritating. They hurt each other constantly. All they do is lie. Frankly, I didn’t even know that people could talk so openly about their feelings, and still reveal so little about themselves. Hayden was the perfect man up until book three where he also became a d-bag. We all know Katja and Joy are the antagonists, but WHERE’S THE VILLAINY? I just want to get to the good parts already.
I haven’t finished this book yet (I’m about 70-80% done), so I don’t know how this one ends, but I’m just too fed up to care.
I will probably finish the series. I’ve invested too much into it to not know how it ends. I need to closure to never think of it again. Save yourself from the headache before it’s too late.
Took my breath away...
This one took my breath away... It’s been only a few times this year that a book or series left me feeling like my insides were flayed open. Lucia managed to do that with this series and especially with Twist as everything comes to a stunning head. You inhale, I exhale... Until the conclusion of this stunning series, I think I will be waiting here breathless...
