[U] Benson v. Benson

Pending trial in a dissolution, Lonnie Benson was held in contempt for failure to make temporary child support and maintenance payments to Mary Benson and for actions he took to devalue community property prior to the dissolution trial. The trial court imposed no sanction for the contempt, and reserved the issue for trial. Because such an order is not final for purposes of appellate review, we dismiss the appeal and remand.
