¶1 Jay D. Graff appeals from a forfeiture judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated pursuant to WIS. STAT.§ 346.63(1)(a). Graff challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress based upon his claim that his arrest was without probable cause. We uphold the trial court's ruling and affirm the judgment.
