Publisher Description

William H. Goodenough appeals the summary judgment dismissal of his complaint against the Hidden Cedars Homeowners Association and the trial courts award of fees to the Association. He argues that summary judgment was improper because the Association (1) failed to enforce Hidden Cedars restrictive covenants; and (2) the Association improperly revised these covenants and improperly adopted the bylaws, which are, therefore, invalid. We disagree and affirm.
